The Deputy and Assistant Heads' Conference has taken place at the Tigers.  Thanks to everyone who came.  I know many participants enjoyed listening to Mick Waters and went away inspired.  We will belooking at your evaluations and learning from these ready for next year as some parts of the day were not as successful as others.  Thanks to the heads who made up the panel and gave honest answers to some probing questions.

The Primary Network Planning Group has meet and there is now a provisional programme for next year as follows:

Wed 28th September - Managing Change and Managing Challenging Colleagues.

Tuesday 29th November - Working with parents and families, Children's Voices and City Data - what it tells us.

Tuesday 18th January - HR issues and Acting Headship - what's it really like?
